Permits, power and what the roofs are actually like

Collier permits through the county or Naples and Marco Island, and community association approval is effectively a second permit across most of the county. Roofs are predominantly concrete and clay tile on large footprints, often with arrays split across several planes at different pitches. Nothing about a Collier quote is quick, and any contractor who gives you a number over the phone here has not looked at the roof.
